Payments
(Weddings)
$1,000 refundable security deposit - 3 payments, cleaning fee + any add-ons you might need
(Nonwedding events) $500.00 refundable security deposit - 3 payments, cleaning fee + any add-ons you might need
1st payment of twenty-five percent (25%) of the balance is due on the day of signing with the refundable deposit. This security deposit will be refunded after the premises have been inspected following the event and will be sent via check to the mailing address. To reserve services on the date/s requested, The Venue requires this contract to be signed by Client/s and an initial non-refundable retainer to be paid.
2nd payment of fifty percent (50%) of the balance is due six months before the event.
Final payment of twenty-five percent (25%) of the remaining balance is due sixty (60) days in advance of the event.
