Payments
(Weddings) Credit Card on File - 3 payments, cleaning fee + any add-ons you might need
(Nonwedding events) Credit Card on File - 3 payments, cleaning fee + any add-ons you might need
1st payment of thirty-five percent (35%) of the balance is due on the day of signing with credit card on file. To reserve services on the date/s requested, The Venue requires this contract to be signed by Client/s and an initial non-refundable retainer to be paid.
2nd payment of fifty percent (50%) of the balance is due six months before the event.
Final payment of twenty-five percent (15%) of the remaining balance is due sixty (60) days in advance of the event.
